Recently, Rogelio Montagne assumed the management of our offices in Central America and will be contributing with his wide experience in the field in benefit of the operations of SAEG in the area.
Rogelio is an industrial engineer from the Universidad Autonoma de Centroamerica with majors in production management, project management, shared services, advanced strategic planning and leadership, and talent management. During his early beginnings as a professional, he served in the manufacturing sector where he worked in several positions before becoming an executive officer.
In 1997 he started working in one of the most renowned companies of Silicon Valley dedicated to the design and manufacturing of integrated circuits for the IT and communications industry worldwide. There he accomplished one of the most significant challenges of his career: the responsibility of introducing the first Pentium 4 in the Philippines and Malaysian markets. His relation with the HVAC industry began in 2006 working for a key company in Costa Rica. There he gained experience in areas such as air conditioning, industrial cooling, electro-mechanic engineering, and automated manufacturing.
On the other hand, Rogelio balances his life enjoying time with his wife and three children. Furthermore, he loves architecture, electronics and playing tennis.
Since the beginning, SAEG was very appealing as an attractive workplace offering professional growth opportunities. Likewise, the crucial factor to success in this type of business is an assertive combination of passion, market knowledge, and adequate strategic plan implementation. As stated in his own words: “We should know where to play, how to play, aiming to be the best in our area of performance”.
We are very pleased to have amongst us a talented individual such as Rogelio Montagne that makes SAEG a dynamic trademark represented by people with high values and professionalism.
