Supply and install all the necessary air conditioning and pressurization systems of a manufacturing facility is not only a matter of comfort, it also means to guarantee adequate conditions for the generation and quality of the air provided to its employees. In this way, SAEG Peru continues to stand out by providing industrial solutions that are highly specialized in the project developed by the group Celima-Trebol at their ceramics tiles plant.
We refer to the electric substation #2 of the Celima III plant located in the district of Punta Hermosa, to the southern side of Lima. The engineering proposal to supply the complete HVAC system is almost finalized. Among the main equipment that will be provided by our company, we can mention five air conditioning units fitted with a water cooled condenser, a dust collector, a centrifugal air injector, a heat exchanger (water-air), and two cooling water electric pumps.
With more than 50 years of experience the Celima-Trebol group, composed by two leading companies: Cerámica Lima S.A. (Celima); and Corporacion Ceramica S.A. (Trebol), is a Peruvian national producer of ceramic floor and wall coverings, toilets, adhesives and glues, porcelain, and high quality faucet fittings that are delivered to 21 countries around the world.
This industrial line of business demands the compliance of regulations required to handle and solve pollution issues. Therefore, it is critical that this type of projects is lead by personnel with ample experience in the field and this job has been performed by our team in Peru for the last 20 years.
