SAEG makes a difference in the gastronomy of Latin America

Our Peru offices have conducted several projects to set the stage for the most renowned kitchens in the Incan territory. These endeavors are of great importance to the Peruvian gastronomy that now is enjoying worldwide recognition which is the case of the Peruvian Fusion Cuisine Restaurants Madam Tusán and Pescados Capitales.

SAEG has developed specific solutions according to the requirements of this type of facilities. For example, we designed integral solutions such as basic and detailed engineering..

Currently, we are implementing integration solutions for the ventilation systems in several kitchens of renowned hotel resorts. Likewise, we are engaged in ongoing projects to develop and supply equipment for several restaurants such as Long Horn, Tanta, La Panka, Pescados Capitales, Madam Tusan. By this means, we are contributing to the evolution of this heritage of the humanity that is more and more receiving recognition and gaining prestige.

The Peruvian Cuisine has flourished in such manner that Lima is now considered one of the most important culinary cities of the world on a par with New York, Paris, and Rome. Its recipes are full of history and are a result of the fusion of tastes of diverse ethnic roots, such as African, Asiatic and European. As an example, we can mention its ceviche dish, Peruvian flagship that is a fusion of the Japanese food.

Moreover, the Peruvian gastronomy is characterized by the most diverse style of cooking of the world. It comprises 491 typical dishes and a generation of chefs graduated from the best culinary schools of the world returned to Peru to start applying the knowledge and techniques they have learned onto the wide reserve of traditional recipes of this Andean nation. The 27th version of the San Pellegrino ranking has classified Lima as the only city of Latin America ranked in two positions of the top ten among the 50 best restaurants of the world.

SAEG Panama considers that such projects more than representing a business opportunity are a venue to become active agents towards the growth of Latin America through the reinforcement of value proposals to the world. We feel proud of the progress achieved by Peru as a nation and we will continue working from our offices in this country to continue growing together.
