The SAEG office in Peru will collaborate with the School of Medicine of the University of Piura to build its Laboratory of Microbiology. We will be responsible for developing critical areas of this facility such as the full external air conditioning, bacteria filtering, odor control and maintenance of negative pressure systems.
This challenging project was granted to our company thanks to the technical proposal which turned out to be the best bid presented of all the competitors who participated in this act. The demanding task of this endeavor will consist of the preparation of a special area where users will be working with harmful bacteria, fluids, reactive agents, etc., and will need optimal conditions to enable the institution to obtain the corresponding certifications and thus, start operations.
Another obstacle to overtake was the space constraint in comparison with the equipment to be installed inasmuch it required a special engineering design. Furthermore, timing was an issue to be resolved considering that the timeline was very tight since the area was going to be devoted to deliver academic instruction following a class schedule that has been already set forth.
The life sciences sector has turned into one of the most important vertical markets for SAEG. First of all, because of to the business opportunities originated by the expansion of the market in Latin America. On the other hand, we are encouraged that our contributions in this area are significant and therefore, can rapidly develop improvements in the quality of life of the people benefitting from this project. Life sciences include disciplines such as biology, medicine, biomedicine, biochemistry y biodiversity; and within its methodology it implies working with special devices and equipment.
Our equipment in SAEG Peru is responsible for the successful completion of this project within the stipulated deadlines.
